Auntie Leila you just know how to give peace about things that are somehow stressful! My two year old loves oatmeal or yogurt for dinner and now I am not embarrassed!!
My son doesn’t really eat veggies, and I think I read in your summa that you didn’t growing up either😅 Do you have any tips on introducing them or what you did for your kiddos to help them enjoy variety later?
I really need to remember this one more. 4 - 4:30 is generally when I'm outside with my youngest two to play (the 4 yr old is fine on her own, but obviously I have to trail the 20 month old), and then I feel like I really have to hustle to make the family meal at 4:30. Maybe I can make his post-nap snack around 3:15-30 more like this idea of a small-ish meal, since the 20 month old is sooooo loud! at dinner every night! :P

No, I didn't eat veggies and I wouldn't recommend it haha... mine did eat some/most, but my experience helped in this department.
But this could be a post... so hang in there.
